Deine täglichen Aufgaben

Du steuerst Transformationsprojekte aktiv mit und bewertest Projektfortschritt, Risiken und offene Entscheidungen laufend. Wenn ein eingeschlagener Weg korrigiert werden muss, sagst du das – mit Begründung und einem konkreten Vorschlag.
Du bereitest Entscheidungen strukturiert vor: klare Optionen, Implikationen, Empfehlung. Das geht an Projektleitungen, Steering Committees und Kundenseite – und muss dort auch ankommen.
Du baust Governancestrukturen auf und hältst sie am Leben: Projektpläne, Risikologs, Issue-Tracker, Statusberichte und Steuerungsdecks.
Du koordinierst Workstreams, Stakeholder und externe Dienstleister. Abhängigkeiten erkennst du früh genug, um sie zu adressieren.
Du moderierst Workshops und Steuerungstermine und sorgst dafür, dass Entscheidungen gefällt werden, auch wenn das unbequem ist.
Du arbeitest eng mit SAP-Funktions- und Technikteams zusammen und bist in der Lage, Projektstatus und Risiken sowohl für Fachbereiche als auch für IT verständlich aufzubereiten.
Du lässt dich nicht von komplexen IT-Themen bremsen und besitzt eine Passion, dich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten.

Dein Profil
✔ Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Projektsteuerung oder PMO – idealerweise in IT-Transformations- oder Beratungsumfeld

✔ Mind. 2 Jahre Projekterfahrung in SAP-Umgebungen

✔ Erfahrung in Projektgovernance: Planung, Risikomanagement, Reporting, Stakeholderkommunikation
✔ Du kannst Optionen aufbereiten, Empfehlungen formulieren und diese vor anspruchsvollem Publikum vertreten
✔ Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch UND Englisch – beide zwingend erforderlich

✔ Du wohnst in einem 70-km-Bereich in oder um Krefeld

Nice to have: Agile Projektmethoden (Scrum, SAFe), Zertifizierung nach PMI oder PRINCE2, Kenntnisse im SAP Ökosystem (Business Data Cloud, Business Technologien Plattform), Chemie- oder Logistikbranche
Idealerweise wohnst du im Raum Düsseldorf oder Krefeld

✔ Bis zu 100 % remote – max. 20 % Reise (Kickoffs, Workshops, Steerings)
✔ Gesamtvergütung 58.000 – 65.000 € (Gehaltsband je nach Erfahrungsstufe)
✔ 3.000 € Weiterbildungsbudget pro Jahr
