Your mission
- You support the analysis and optimization of business processes with a focus on SAP-adjacent system landscapes.
- You contribute to automation solutions for mass data processing, reporting, and system integration.
- You help build reusable automation frameworks and components for use across projects.
- You support transformation projects such as S/4HANA migrations and carve-outs, as well as initiatives to improve data quality and availability.
- You work closely with experienced consultants, learn their approach, and take on more responsibility step by step.
- You collaborate with business departments, IT teams, and external partners in an international environment.
Your profile
✔Strong interest in automation, data, and digital transformation
✔Initial practical experience through internships in tech, IT consulting, or the consulting industry
✔Structured, analytical way of working, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔Very good German skills – English skills are a plus

Nice to Have:
Experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Excel VBA, initial exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, basic understanding of SAP systems, experience with Power BI, Databricks, SQL, or other analytics tools, interest in AI-driven automation, REST APIs, Git, Playwright/test automation, cloud technologies (Azure), or Python
